Gastronomic societies are considered the cradle of Basque gastronomy. In these places, until recently, reserved exclusively for men, lovers of good food would get together and cook among groups of friends with the best products and traditional recipes.

We propose two options:

1. Oysters, Basque "champagne/cava" and chocolate menu. (If you don´t like oysters or they are not in season, we will put another product for you).

2. Traditional Basque menu. 

We recommend that before lunch or dinner at the gastronomic society, you take a guided tour to learn more about our city and the Basque Country.
