*Colmado flamenco or colmao was called in Spain a type of figón or establishment that summoned flamenco meetings of singing and dancing, with food and especially drink service, staying open until the wee hours of the morning. Historically, it has shared a certain identity with other "flamenco temples" such as the primitive café cantante, or from the 1960s onwards, the Tablao.
